According to the press service of the City Hall, Vyacheslav Satin took over his responsibilities on Monday, May 20.

“According to the job description, his responsibilities include issues of strategic development of Penza. In addition, Vyacheslav Satin will be in charge of investment policy,” the administration of Penza explained.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the former first deputy head of administration of Penza in strategic development Nikolai Antonov resigned at his own request on Friday, May 17. On the same day, Vyacheslav Satin resigned as vice-governor of the Penza region, and Roman Chernov reported about his decision to resign as the mayor in the nearest future.
