Penza, 20 May 2013. PenzaNews. The mayor of Penza Roman Chernov submitted an official statement in the name of Yuri Alpatov on the early termination of his power. “Today, on May 20, the mayor of Penza Roman Chernov applied to the head of the city for the termination of his power from May 23. The request will be considered by the deputies of Penza City Duma during the next session to be held next Friday, May 24,” the press service of the City Hall commented to news agency “PenzaNews.”

As it was reported earlier, the head of Penza administration Roman Chernov announced about his decision on early resignation on Friday, May 17.
