As the head of information-analytical department of the City Hall Elena Ovchinnikova told news agency “PenzaNews,” Nikolai Antonov submitted an official statement of resignation on Friday, May 17.

On the same day, at a meeting with journalists the head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov expressed his intention to leave his position due to health state and family reasons, but no official statement in the written form was registered.
