“I want you to see losing 16 kilos within the next six months,” the governor said referring to the Minister of Health of the Penza region Vladimir Stryuchkov during an operational meeting on Monday, June 3.

Also, speaking about propaganda of healthy way of life and culture of proper nutrition among the residents of Penza, Vasily Bochkarev drew attention to the Minister of Forestry, Hunting and Nature Nikolai Argatkin and his shape, as for the deputy chairman of the regional sports committee Vladimir Zhuchkov, the governor did not even recognize him.

“You have two months. If you do not lose weight and shape up, you should leave your positions in the government! How can someone working in the sports committee be so big-bellied,” Vasily Bochkarev wondered.
