Penza governor lost 26 positions in media-rating of regional heads

Penza, 4 June 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev moved from 25th to 51st place in the rating of information transparency of the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation compiled by the National Monitoring Service as of May 2013.

According to the study, the coefficient of information transparency of the regional head amounted to 0,345 points.

Vasily Bochkarev took 8th place in media-rating among the heads of the regions of the Volga Federal District, being overtaken by the colleagues from Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod, Kirov, Ulyanovsk, Samara regions, Udmurtia, and the Perm region.
