Penza, 2 July 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev managed to rise from 51 to 28th place in the information transparency rating of the heads of subjects of the Russian Federation, prepared by the National Monitoring Service as of the end of June 2013.

Thus, the head of the region almost managed to return to the position he used to occupy at the end of April — back then Vasily Bochkarev held 25th place.

According to the study, Penza governor entered the top three heads of the regions of the Volga Federal District.

The leader is the governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, the second place belongs to the head of the Samara region Nikolai Merkushin.
