Officials of Penza region to take ethics and etiquette courses

Penza, 11 July 2013. PenzaNews. Educational courses on “Professional Ethics and Etiquette for civil servant” will be organized in the government of the Penza region. This was announced by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov on Thursday, July 11.

He expressed hope that the course of ethics and etiquette will improve the attitude of civil servants to the citizens and help against arrogance and rudeness of the officials.
According to Viktor Rubtsov, “indiligent students” will be strictly punished.
“Those who are unable to learn will be taught by the life itself, but outside of the government agencies. One of this kind has recently been dismissed from his position for violation of professional ethics, and is already learning his “life lessons,” the head of the governor’s staff department of the Penza region said.
