Penza, 30 July 2013. PenzaNews. A discussion on “Current issues of pension reform in the Russian Federation: Main principles and provisions” will be held in the small hall of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region on Wednesday, July 31.

“It is expected that this discussion will involve the chairman of the Legislative Assembly Ivan Belozertsev, his deputies Valery Lidin and Alexander Eremkin, as well as political members. In addition, the managers of Penza Branch of the Pension Fund of Russia, the representatives of the regional government, trade unions, political parties, social organizations and the media are invited to the discussion,” the press service of the regional parliament told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Legislative Assembly of the Penza region also noted that the meeting has been organized with the purpose of involving the citizens in the discussion of pension reform so that the final version of the draft reflected the view of the majority of the regional residents.

“At the end of the discussion, constructive suggestions will be gathered in the draft of recommendations and sent to the State Duma of Russia,” the press service concluded.
