Gennady Berezin applies to court to protect his legal rights

Penza, 31 July 2013. PenzaNews. The head of Gorodishchensky area administration, the Penza region, Gennady Berezin applied to the court and the prosecutor’s office to protect his legal rights, violated, according to him, by the representatives of the Russian Communist Party who published series of articles on the official website of the regional committee of the Communist Party.
“I have already submitted an application to the court and the prosecutor’s office,” the head of the area administration told news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday morning, July 31.
He clarified that the applications were registered on Monday, however, the politician refused to explain what kind of claims they contained.
Gennady Berezin also did not comment on the demand of Penza Communists about his resignation, their accusations of inaction, including the ones connected with inoperative treatment facilities, and the situation with the criminal case initiated in January 2009 on the grounds of a crime under Art. 133 of the Criminal Code “Sexual coercion.”
“They have everything presented on the website of the Communist Party,” Gennady Berezin commented.
