Penza, 12 August 2013. PenzaNews. Information Centre of the election commission of the Penza region held its first system-wide training on the use of the State Automated System “Elections” before the voting day to be held on September 8.

“During the training, the system was tested at all stages of the electoral process, including the transfer of data of appearance, entering of the final protocols, and summarizing the results of the vote,” the representative of the regional election committee told news agency “PenzaNews.”

On September 8, by-elections of deputies to Penza Duma in single-seat constituencies No. 28, 32 and 35 are scheduled.

In addition, on the same day special election of deputies to the assembly of representatives from single-mandate constituencies will be held, as well as by-election to the committees of local government.
