Penza, 14 August 2013. PenzaNews. Negotiations of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak and the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took place in Moscow on Wednesday, August 14.

“During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of intergovernmental relations, economic development strategy, prospects of the financial system of the region, and efficiency of the mechanisms of the fiscal system,” the press service of the government of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

“The issues relating to the creation and implementation of conditions for the optimization of expenditure commitments were also discussed,” the press service added.
