The head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov by order of the region head Vasily Bochkarev applied to bloggers with a request to help find a candidate to the position of the minister of investment development and entrepreneurship.

“We are searching again. Now we need the minister of investment development and entrepreneurship of the Penza region. The minister who is able to honorably represent investment potential of the region at all level, from regional and state to international,” he said.

According to Viktor Rubtsov, the candidate should have knowledge and experience in business, marketing, advertising, finances and entrepreneurship as well as knowledge of foreign languages, at least, English.

Viktor Rubtsov noticed that candidates from other regions would also be considered for the position.

“The issues regarding accommodation providing or compensation for renting are resolved, they will not be a problem for nonresidents,” the head of the governor’s staff department and the region government pointed out.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, Sergei Kapralov has been the Penza region investment development and entrepreneurship minister at interim since October 1.

The position was earlier held by Vladimir Volkov, who remained to work as the First Deputy of the Chairman of the Penza government, supervising the sphere of development of entrepreneurship, investment and industry.
