Penza, 29 October 2013. PenzaNews. Lubov Finogeeva is now in the position of the minister of finance of the Penza region after being the acting head of the ministry.

“We have one more person in the government who had lost the adjective “acting” in the name of the position. This time it is Lubov Finogeeva who has become the permanent minister of finance of the region,” the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov wrote in Twitter.

Lubov Finogeeva performed the duties of the acting minister of finance since December 2012 after Yevgenia Krasheninnikova had left the position.
