Penza, 31 October 2013. PenzaNews. Ivan Firyulin resigned as Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region. This was announced by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov on Thursday, October 31.

“Deputy Minister Andrei Burlakov has been appointed Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region,” Victor Rubtsov wrote in Twitter.

He added that soon Ivan Firyulin is to explain the reasons for his decision himself and “will tell the media how hard the duties of a Minister are.”
