Penza, 31 October 2013. PenzaNews. Nationalists announced that they received the Penza authorities’ permission to hold Russian March in Zavodskoy district of Penza in the coming Monday, November 4.

“Russian march will take place from KaGau store in Zavodskoy district to Olympiysky Park. We will gather at 2 pm at the parking lot near KaGau store, unfold our flags and move out to the park. In the park there will be special program: speech from the organizers and from everyone who wants to say something to his fellows, after the rally there will be slam,” says the statement published in the official group of Russian march in Penza on the social network VKontakte.

The organizers also asked potential participants of the action not to hide their faces from police and not to come to the event drunk.

“As the organizers are responsible for you, don’t come in a drunken state! Those who will come drunk, will be detained by the nationalists’ militia and put into the nearest police station. Maybe, live patriotic music will be played,” the statement says.
