Penza, 25 December 2013. PenzaNews. Sustainable aversion to corruption should be formed in the modern society. This opinion was expressed by the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev during a meeting of the public council for domestic corruption fighting on Wednesday, December 25.

“Corruption should be not only illegal. It should be disreputable,” the head of the region said.

In his view, this phenomenon belongs to system-related issues.

“Today it is important not only to reduce the density of domestic corruption, but also to prevent its occurrence,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes the governor.
