Penza governor losing positions in media rating

Penza, 10 February 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev who stepped down from 13 to 42 place of the media rating in December 2013, lost again settling on 51st position of the list as of January 2014. According to the “National Monitoring Service” information transparency coefficient of the head of the region amounted to 0,3119 points.

This indicator allowed Vasily Bochkarev taking 8th place among the heads of the regions of the Volga Federal District.
The governor with the highest information transparency coefficient in the Volga Federal District became the head of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh. The second took the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev, the third place went to the head of the Samara region Nikolai Merkushkin.
In Russia in general, the three leaders are as follows from the top down: the governor of the Vologda region Oleg Kuvshinnikov, the head of the Murmansk region Marina Kovtun and the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov.
