Penza, 24 February 2014. PenzaNews. Department of Public Relations and Mass Communications of the Penza region, created in March 2013 on the basis of the Department of information policy and media got its former name.

According to information available to news agency “PenzaNews,” officially the decision was made the next day after the resignation of the first and only Minister of Public Relations and Mass Communications of the region Alexei Ilika who vacated the position on Thursday, February 20.

Corresponding changes have already been made on the official website of the Ministry.

According to information posted on the website, the acting head of the Department of information policy and media of the Penza region is Anatoly Zemskov.

He used to be the head of the department from January to March 2013 — since the time when the chair was vacated by Nelly Davydova who left for the position in the publishing and printing company “Penzenskaya Pravda” [Penza truth], and until the time Alexei Ilika took the position of the minister in the newly created Ministry.
