Penza, 27 March 2014. PenzaNews. A native of Penza Pavel Degtar was appointed the deputy chairman of the government - minister of health of the Ulyanovsk region. Such information appeared on Twitter of the government of the region on Thursday, March 27.

Pavel Degtar moved to Ulyanovsk in autumn 2012, where he headed the regional health insurance fund.

Since February 2014 he was acting deputy chairman - minister of health, social development and sports of the Ulyanovsk region.

Some of Penza officials congratulated Pavel Degtyar with new appointment, such as the deputy chairman of the government of the Penza region Valery Bespalov and the head of the regional administration of housing and communal services Yuri Ilyin. They wished him further success.
