Penza, 11 April 2014. PenzaNews. Personal responsibility for organizing anti-corruption work in the departments with in their jurisdiction was assigned to the heads of executive bodies of the Penza region. The corresponding decree was signed by governor Vasily Bochkarev.

It is planned that in the nearest future, the necessary additions to official regulations and labor contracts of the heads will be made.

In addition, by May 1, 2014, all the official websites of state bodies should contain sections devoted to anti-corruption issues.

Also, the decree provides for audits and legal liability corresponding to the committed offenses in each case of non-compliance to the restrictions, prohibitions and obligations, and of violation of rules imposed on civil servants on account of anti-corruption activities.
