Penza, 1 May 2014. PenzaNews. The total amount of declared income of Vasiliy Bochkarev, governor of Penza region, during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2013, comes to 5,186,870 rubles. Regional leader’s income has grown by more than 424 thousand rubles comparing to 2012: back then, the sum came to 4,762,526 rubles.

At the same time, Vasiliy Bochkarev’s wife earned 3.4 mln rubles less. In 2012, she declared her income of 7,873,655 rubles, while in 2013, the declared sum is 4,452,198 rubles.

The list of Penza region governor’s property still includes land property of 1,175 sq. meters, but a residential house of 19,9 sq. meters and a Smart Fortwo coupe disappeared from the list. Instead, Vasiliy Bochkarev registered under the ownership of a residential house of 132,1 sq. meters and a BRP Can-Am Roadster Spyder GS SA R2009 motorcycle.

According to the provided information, the governor’s wife owns a flat of 123 sq. meters, a 1773/100000 part of a land property of 7,191 sq. meters, a land property of 1,359 sq. meters, a half of a non-residential space of 1,335,7 sq. meters, a half of a land property of 397 sq. meters, a non-residential space of 117,4 sq. meters and a BMW 530 car.
