Penza, 2 June 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev shared 27-29 places with the acting head of the Lipetsk region Oleg Korolev in the third efficiency rating of the heads of Russian regions, the results of which were published on Monday, June 2.

According to the presented data, Vasily Bochkarev dropped down by two positions, but he is still among the governors with a high rating.

The first group — with a very high rating — included 23 politics. The top lines belong to the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin, as well as the head of the Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The third efficiency rating of governors was composed by Civil Society Development Foundation.

Tt is based on the data from the study “Georating” by fund “Public opinion,” the characteristics of the economic situation in the region by the Russian Stattistics Service, media efficiency index calculated by “National Monitoring Service,” expert evaluation and results of previously published “Rating of social well-being of Russian Regions” by Civil Society Development Foundation.
