According to him, the previous administration head Sergei Kalinkin carried out weak financial and economic work.
He said that from January to May this year, the amount of internal revenue of the area made about 14 million rubles.
“But the debts of the past, including the Pension Fund, did not allow to pay salaries in time. It is expected that in the coming days — June 18-19 — the administration employees will receive salaries for April and advance for May,” Alexander Dadaev said.
As the press service of the department of information and media policy of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the head of administration of Sosnovoborsky area, which occurred in April, was due to inefficiency of local area administration.
Earlier the employee of Sosnovoborsky area administration, who asked not to be named, complained to governor Vasily Bochkarev that he did not have enough money for food, and asked him to deal with the situation.
He left a blog post to the head of the region, in which he wrote that he had received only an advance in April.
In response, Vasily Bochkarev acknowledged the delay in staff salaries of Sosnovoborsky area administration and management of finances.
He promised that the debt for the second half of April and the first half of May will be paid before June 20, the remaining amount — upon receipt of funds to the budget of the area.
