Penza, 14 July 2014. PenzaNews. The competition for the position of the head of Penza city administration, which was scheduled for the coming Tuesday, July 15, will be closed to the media, press service of Penza City Duma told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Competition for position of mayor to be held behind closed doors

The chairman of the competition committee is mayor Yuri Alpatov; interim vice governor of the Penza region Viktor Rubtsov acts as his assistant.

The jury consists of 14 people, half of whom were nominated by governor Vasily Bochkarev. The other seven people will represent the City Duma.
