This Tuesday, July 15, Viktor Rubtsov wrote on his LiveJournal that he was surprised by the passivity of citizens and political parties who have not nominated their candidates.

In response, Penza resident Leonid Svetlichny suggested in his Twitter account that the passivity of the citizens is only a response to the actions of the authorities.

“The secrecy of the authorities was rightly met by the passivity of the citizens — we are tired of the circus. Where are the debates? Where is the program for the residents of the city?” Leonid Svetlichny wrote.

Wednesday afternoon, July 16, the acting vice governor found the opportunity to respond.

“It is easy to justify your passivity! Indeed, we are tired of tired of the circus, with the debate and blah-blah. Managers must be able to manage, rather than give speeches,” Viktor Rubtsov underlined.

Continuing the discussion, Leonid Svetlichny criticized the current political situation in the region.

“You have weeded the political meadow so thoroughly that now even your substitutes’ bench is narrower than a chair,” he wrote, referring to Viktor Rubtsov.
