“Vladimir Vladimirovich had strict agenda. We managed to touch only a few problems during the ride in a car,” Vasily Bochkarev said during an expanded press conference this Tuesday, October 21.
In addition, the governor said he personally had given Vladimir Putin a parcel with four letters to the President when the latter walked down from the plane.
“I will tell you more when I see the memos and learn about the decisions. The letters are dedicated to real economy, industry and agriculture topics,” Vasily Bochkarev concluded.
