Victor Rubtsov, Victor Rubtsov, governor’s staff department leader and chief of the regional government who has arrived to Moscow with a special visit on Thursday, November 13, will present the new head of the office to the staff.

On June 16, 2014, the Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev has signed two decrees of the regional government.

One of the official documents ordered to abolish the Penza region representation office by the Government of the Russian Federation as an executive body, and the other initiated the creation of a state budgetary institution “Penza region representation office by the Government of the Russian Federation.”
