“Even though the year is ending and the New Year is coming, the second half of December will include many official ceremonies. Because of this, the Penza region governor V. Bochkarev took a week-long vacation that he plans to spend at home,” wrote Victor Rubstov, head of the governor apparatus and the regional government.

“However, if you judge by the two days that have already passed, he will likely not get much rest,” he added.

Among other things, Vasily Bochkarev held a meeting with the emissary of Belarus in Russia Igor Petrishenko early on Tuesday, December 9.

As the press service of the regional government informed PenzaNews agency, the discussion was dedicated to expanding trade and economic relationships.

Journalists were not allowed to attend the meeting.
