“I have been residing in the Penza region for 1.5 years. […] I have decided – moving to Penza permanently. Me being born in Samara and being elected there is a stage in my life. Now I have more in Penza [than Samara]. I cannot be associated as a representative of a different area,” Mikhail Usov stressed in his speech for the 23-rd regular session of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region as a representative of non-represent party on Tuesday, December 16.
He also joked the Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev “promised him a place many times.”
Mikhail Usov also added that if LDPR had representation in the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region of the fifth convocation, it would have voted against three initiatives – changes to the law on transportation tax in the Penza region, amendments to the 2014 regional budget and 2015-2016 planning periods, and approval of the budget on 2015 and the period of 2016-2017.
