Vasily Bochkarev listed among governors with high efficiency

Penza, 23 December 2014. PenzaNews. Vasily Bochkarev, governor of the Penza region, joined the group of heads of Russian regions with high efficiency. The final 2014 rating has been published by the Fund of civil society development on Tuesday, December 23.

It was compiled using the data of fund “Public opinion,” Russian Statistics Service, indicators of social well-being of Russian regions, as well as estimates of the federal and regional experts.
The governors were divided into four groups — very high, high, average and below average rating.
Vasily Bochkarev was included in the second group. He shares 27-29th places with the heads of Kamchatka Krai and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug with 74 points. The leader of the group is Rustem Khamitov, President of Bashkortostan.
The first group of the year is headed by Dmitry Kobylkin, governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, who gained 97 points. The three most efficient heads also include Anatoly Artamonov, governor of the Kaluga region, and Rustam Minnikhano, Tatarstan President.
