Penza, 17 February 2015. PenzaNews. Victor Gvozdev, first deputy head of the Penza administration, has created his Twitter account, that currently features four messages.

All the messages are dedicated to current events, such as the postponement of Penza mayor Yuri Krivov’s meeting with citizens; a correction in mass event schedule for the week due to anti-epidemic measures; and the meeting sessions of the regional government held early on Tuesday, February 17.

According to Victor Gvozdev himself, Twitter is a very useful form of direct communication with the netizens, and allows him to keep an eye over all events and occurrences in Penza online.

Victor Gvozdev plans to use his microblog to inform citizens of staff changes and movements, future events, and details of city administration sessions, the press service of the mayor’s hall informed PenzaNews agency.
