Penza, 6 March 2015. PenzaNews. Yuri Razorenov, general director of LLC “Aquatic innovative technologies,” president of the Chess Federation of the Penza region, was appointed volunteer advisor to the governor Vasily Bochkarev.

Following the orders given by the head of the region, a copy of which is available to PenzaNews agency, Yuri Razorenov will have to deal with external economy activities.

The new advisor will work until the end of the current governor’s term and was appointed after submitting a written request, the document says.
