Penza, 13 March 2015. PenzaNews. Pavel Alexandrov is stepping down as the head of the department of housing and communal services in Penza city after less than a year in office, Viktor Gvozdev, first deputy head of the city administration, wrote in his Twitter.

Monday, March 16, will be the last working day of Pavel Alexandrov in the office, he clarified.

“His employment contract ends on March 17,” Viktor Gvozdev added.

Before Pavel Alexandrov, the position of Penza head of housing and communal services was occupied by Mikhail Glushkov.

Previously, this position was held by Alexei Agafilov, who left the post when the regional FSB initiated criminal proceeding against him under Part 4, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code, “Fraud.”

Pavel Alexandrov was born on September 17, 1973.

From 2008 to 2012, he worked in LLC “General Management Company.” From April 2011 to August 2012, he led the engineering department.

Prior to joining the Penza administration, he was the head of the repair department of Penza branch of JSC “Slavyanka.”

Since July 14, 2014, he worked as the head of Penza housing and communal services.
