Penza, 23 March 2015. PenzaNews. The member of the Russian Federal Council Lyubov Glebova, representative of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region, was named the head of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), says the decree signed by the Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday, March 23.

According to the Kremlin website, the document comes into force as of the date of signature.

Before this assignment, Lyubov Glebova worked in the International Affairs Committee of the Federal Council.

Rossotrudnichestvo was earlier headed by Konstantin Koshachev, now leader of the international committee of the Federal Council.
