Penza governor to take part in Russian State Council session

Penza, 7 April 2015. PenzaNews. Vasily Bochkarev, Penza region governor, will taker part in the April 7 Russian State Council session in the Grand Kremlin Palace.

The Council, headed by the President Vladimir Putin, plans to review a complex of measures aimed at accelerating small and medium enterprise growth.
Among the scheduled topics are improvement of state small enterprise support effectiveness; expansion of business access to loans; resolution of staff, tax and legalese-related issues, including employment questions; and checks and audits.
The head of the State Council working group Vladimir Gruzdev, governor of the Tula region, is expected to present the main report during the session.
The event will also involve the members of the Russian government and representatives of business, reports the press service of the Penza region.
