Penza, 17 April 2015. PenzaNews. The deputy head of the Penza city administration Evgeny Ryzhov is leaving his office, announced the first vice-mayor Victor Gvozdev.

“Today, Evgeny (Anatolyevich) Ryzhov, honorable construction area official, retires from municipal service,” he wrote in Twitter.

Currently, Evgeny Ryzhov heads the land plot and city planning issues of the administration.
