Penza, 17 April 2015. PenzaNews. Irina Shirshina, head of the State Apartment Construction and Equipment Inspection of the region, will replace Evgeny Ryzhov as deputy head of Penza administration, informed first vice mayor Viktor Gvozdev.

“The head of Penza administration Yuri Krivov decided on appointing Irina Shirshina as his deputy on urban planning issues from April 20, 2015,” he twitted.

Earlier, it was reported that Irina Shirshina is stepping down as head of the State Apartment Construction and Equipment Inspection of the region.

Evgeny Ryzhov’s last working day as deputy head of the city administration before his retirement was Friday, April 17.
