He is currently on a tour at the Voyeykov martial arts palace for the opening ceremony that will begin in the next few hours.

As the PenzaNews agency journalist reports from the location, the event also involves the director of the summer sports development department at the Ministry of Sports Grigory Kabelsky, the Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev, and other officials.

After the ceremony, the presidential envoy plans to hold the VFD Civil Council meeting on civil society institutions development that will involve the head of the Federal Youth Agency Sergei Pospelov, State Duma deputies, state officials, leaders of regional civil organizations, active members of the okrug civil council, volunteers and patriotic club activists.

They will discuss the civil institutions, volunteer groups and other unions in the Volga District and draw up the results of the regional project “Victory.”
