Penza, 14 May 2015. PenzaNews. The Legislative Assembly of the Penza region of the fifth convocation will review the issue of removing its deputy Nikolai Simonov from the office prematurely during the 26th extraordinaty session on Monday, May 18.

The Legislative Assembly received the request from the deputy to be removed from office on May 12: Nikolai Simonov explains his request due to his planned move to a different city.

The draft was included in the Legislative Assembly review schedule on Thursday, May 14, but its acting speaker Valery Lidin.

The document was approved in the necessary amount.

According to the project, Nikolai Simonov was elected in the region as a United Russia candidate.

Due to leaving office prematurely, Nikolai Simonov will be excluded from the committee on economic policy.

The decision will enter force on the day it is signed.
