“Hello to the blog-community. Starting today will be informing you of my work, current events and perspectives,” Ivan Belozertsev wrote, following his message with a hashtag #мойпервыйтвит (#myfirsttweet in Russian).

In the two messages after the first one, the acting governor shared his impressions of visiting “Molkom” and “Penzadieselmash,” two big enterprises of the region.

According to him, the factory that previously operated at a part-time schedule returned back to the full-time five-day working cycle.
