Penza, 22 June 2015. PenzaNews. Mikhail Kosoy has left his office as the chairman of the Penza region government.

The order to relieve him from his position was signed by the acting governor Ivan Belozertsev after a personal address from Mikhail Kosoy himself.

“This is my personal decision due to moving to another job, in the capital. I would like to thank the ministers of the Penza region for teamwork and great results and wish the acting governor new achievements in his work for the good of the people living in the region,” Mikhail Kosoy said.

Mikhail Kosoy’s leave has no political intrigues behind it, says the website of the Penza region government.
