Penza region native appointed first assistant to Presidential Affairs Dept head

Moscow, 5 July 2015. PenzaNews. Nikolai Abroskin, a native of the Penza region, was appointed the first assistant to the head of the Department of Presidential Affairs in Kremlin, according to the decree signed by Vladimir Putin on Saturday, July 4.

The decree enters into force on the date of its signature.

Nikolai (Pavlovich) Abroskin was born in Armievo village of the Shemysheika area in the Penza region on January 1, 195.

He was a deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation in 2011-2014.

On October 31, 2014, he was appointed the assistant to the head of the Department of Presidential Affairs.
