According to available information, the media rating of Victor Kuvaytsev is 320.15 points.

The media list of the city heads is topped by Ilsur Metshin, mayor of Kazan; Oleg Sorokin, head of Nizhny Novgorod; and Igor Sapko, head of Perm.

The Penza city mayor Yuri Krivov was placed sixth in the rating of VFD city administration heads with 465.44 points.

The leaders of the list were Oleg Kondrashov, head of the Nizhny Novgorod administration; Oleg Furtsev, city manager of Samara; and Dmitry Samoylov, head of Perm administration.
