State Duma deputy Vladimir Simagin celebrates birthday
Penza, 5 August 2015. PenzaNews. The State Duma deputy from the Penza region Vladimir Simagin for the CPRF faction is celebrating his 41st birthday on Wednesday, August 5.

“Vladimir Alexandrovich [Simagin] became a member of the Communist Party in 1992, was frequently elected as deputy of various levels, actively defended the interests of his compatriots in the legislative authorities. He proved to be a law-abiding and responsible manager who is always ready to help. We sincerely wish him long years of life, sound health, success in everything, happiness and prosperity of his family,” says the message published on the official website of the Penza region CPRF branch.
Vladimir (Alexandrovich) Simagin was born in Pioner villager of the Kuznetsk area in the Penza region on August 5, 1974.
He has been elected the deputy of the Penza city Duma two times.
From March 2008 to December 2011, he worked as assistant to the State Duma deputy Victor Ilyukhin.
In December 2011, he was elected deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation. He is a member of the CPRF faction and the CIS and compatriots relationships committee.
Currently, he serves as the management and party work secretary at the Penza region CPRF branch, and has a party order “For Merit to Party” along with other awards from CPRF.
On June 26, 2015, he was promoted as the CPRF candidate for the Penza region gubernatorial election during the 39th extracurricular regional conference for the party.
On July 31, 2015, he was registered as the candidate for the Penza region election.
