The top Penza official lost 16 places this month.

Ivan Belozertsev’s media index was calculated at 2,318.7 points, based on 2,114 news messages.

The leads of the rating are the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and the acting governor of the Kaliningrad region Nikolai Tsukanov.

Ivan Belozertsev also went down one line in the media rating of Volga Federal District heads, placing eighth. The top three of the list are the acting president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Nizhny Novgorod region governor Valery Shantsev, and the head of the Perm Krai Victor Basargin.
