Pavel Arzamastsev heads “United Communists” regional committee in Penza

Penza, 13 October 2015. PenzaNews. Pavel Arzamastsev was elected the first secretary of the Penza branch for the “United Communist Party” (UCP) – a political union without an official registration status.

The meeting results clarified the numbers of the regional committee as 3 members. 2 delegates were elected to take part in the UCP general assembly, and concluded in two decisions: open the Penza branch as of October, along with beginning to accept donations; and ask the party’s central committee to recognize the local branch.

The meeting also served to discuss possible practical activities for the nearest future, says the website of the yet unregistered party branch.
