Penza, 30 October 2015. PenzaNews. A well-coordinated skilled managerial team in the Penza region will be key for its development, suggested the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the grand press conference on Friday, October 30.

In a reply to the question on being a team player or a loner, Ivan Belozertsev explained he always tried to assemble tightly-knit staff teams on each occupied position “so that people walked to work willingly and returned back home happily.”

“Of course, team is important. One man is unable to do what a team does,” said the head of the region, stressing the difficulty of creating such a team.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, he tends towards authoritarianism, even though this does not shows: however, he realizes that every field of work needs its own head responsible for it.

“I realize that, and I’ve always been trying to get involved the people able to be responsible for the field, able to make decision – well-argumented, well-analyzed. […] So I want to create a team that would work under the governor to resolve the issues this tough time poses to our region. And I am working towards it,” he stressed.
