Penza, 22 December 2015. PenzaNews. Andrei Grishin began his first day as the head of the Penza city Communal Services Department, announced the Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev during the city hall weekly meeting session on Tuesday, December 22.

The mayor praised the skill and professional integrity of the newly-appointed official.

“I am looking forward to him achieving success,” he pointed out.

Victor Kuvaytsev also said he hopes Alexander Grishin earns the support of his colleagues.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the head office of the Penza city Communal Services Department was occupied by Mikhail Kudimov between May and November 2015. He was temporarily preceded by Mikhail Glushkov, who received a temporary appointment after Pavel Alexandrov left the office on March 16.

Moreover, Mikhail Glushkov was also the acting predecessor of Pavel Alexandrov.

Even earlier, the office was occupied by Alexei Agafilov who left it after facing a criminal case under Part 4, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code, “Fraud,” from the regional FSB department and receiving a 5-year delayed prison sentence.
