The Communist Party members and supporters show concern over the fate of Andrei Zuev, deputy of the Penza region Legislative Assembly of the fifth convocation for the CPRF faction who currently faces a case in the Gorodische city area court, and anxiously await the end of the trial, said Georgy Kamnev, leader of the local Party office, deputy of the regional parliament, in a reply to a question asked during the open-doors CPRF faction session held on Thursday, December 24.

“We will see when the results of the trial are announced. Of course, we are very much concerned,” said the deputy.

Georgy Kamnev added that he visited Andrei Zuev, who remains in custody since December 2013, with other Party members recently.

He also added that he currently has no other comments on the Communist Party member’s fate at the moment.
