Penza, 29 December 2015. PenzaNews. There are no planned staff changes in the Penza city hall at the moment, said the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev during the weekly administration session on Tuesday, December 29.

“I was asked about it several times since my appointment; I told everyone I am not for such rushed staff changes,” he said in a comment to the news about possible upcoming layoffs and new appointments that recently appeared in certain media.

According to the head of the city administration, a situation where staff combines experienced and young active employees is a good one.

“What is important is that currently we have a well-performing team with a potential,” Victor Kuvaytsev stressed.

The mayor also urged those who disseminate the rumors about staff changes to get busy with their direct duties instead of playing high-tops that make serious decisions.

For that day, the main objective of the city administration is to analyze the results of 2015, concentrate, and achieve better ones in Q1 2016, he clarified.
